1. Discovery Call 

We begin with a Discovery Call to understand your selling needs, timeframe and to schedule a site visit of your property. 

2. Site Visit

We will meet with you at your home to walk the property together, discuss the selling process and answer any questions you may have. 

3. Sales Offer

In as little as 24 hours after our site visit, we will send you a written offer for the purchase of your property. 

4. Closing

Our offers are as-is and do not include any contingencies. After all terms are agreed on, we will schedule closing at a mutually agreed time.
